In the last few years I have been looking at real estate as Jon and I have always wanted something with a bit more land than we have now. Last fall I really started looking for a house. Well I found a home that sits on 1/2 acre and I kept my eye on it. The price kept going down till it finally landed in our price range. This past week we put an offer on it and after much negotiating we learned yesterday that they accepted our offer. Now all we have to do is get our current home sold. Keep your fingers crossed.
